Job Description

PART-TIME TEAM LEAD

The Peach Cobbler Factory Charleston $15+ per hour + tips | 25-40 hours/week | Consistent Schedules We're looking for dependable people to join our Charleston location. This is a working Team Lead position. You'll work alongside the team while helping keep the shift organized, making sure customers are taken care of, and helping the store run smoothly.

CONSISTENT SCHEDULES

We are hiring for several recurring schedules: Monday-Thursday Nights 5 PM-12 AM 28+ hours/week Day / Opening Team Lead 10:30 AM - 5 PM Several consistent weekday and weekend day shifts We want people who can commit to their scheduled days consistently. Occasional additional shifts may be available for those who want more hours.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable and on time Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to open and close Comfortable taking responsibility during a shift Good communication and customer-service skills Able to work independently when needed Restaurant and leadership experience is preferred.

Starting pay:
