As an Assistant Manager, you'll be trained to: Run daily store operations Lead shifts and coach team members Manage inventory, food cost, and cash controls Deliver top-tier customer service Maintain store standards and cleanliness Support hiring, training, and scheduling Drive sales and profitability You won't be thrown in — we train you step by step.

QUALIFICATIONS

18+ years old Ability to work nights/weekends as needed Basic math and cash handling skills Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
