Full service automotive shop. Looking for clean, professional candidate to act as a Store manager. This position requires a minimum of 5 Years service advisor experience. Import and European Car experience is strongly recommended. Management experience is required. Service manager duties will consist of communicating with customers on a consistent basis as well as managing their expectations, building and presenting estimates, shop work flow distribution, warranty claims, parts ordering, and strong teamwork within the company network to ensure efficiency and accountability. Pay will be $45000 salary plus applicable bonus structure.

• Bilingual proficiency to cater to a diverse customer base (not required)
• Upselling techniques to increase sales revenue

• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
• Cash handling experience to manage payments securely
• Familiarity with Point of Sale Tekmetric (POS) systems for efficient transactions
• Strong organizational skills to maintain store layout and inventory management
