• Complete roof inspections, prepare estimates, educate homeowners on the contract process, and close deals with clarity and confidence Educate & Advise
• Help homeowners understand their options and guide them through a stress-free experience Deliver a High-End Experience
• Represent Trophy with professionalism, integrity, and top-tier service Stay Organized
• Keep accurate records and follow up consistently with leads and customers Be the Face of Trophy Exteriors
• In person, online, and within your community Lead
• Support and train your team, build confidence, and guide them to success!
