Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily cold storage operations including receiving, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory control Supervise and coordinate teams including drivers, pickers, and forklift operators to ensure efficient workflows Enforce cold chain temperature control standards to ensure safe product storage Participate in the development and optimization of operational processes and management systems Train and manage warehouse staff; handle unexpected issues and customer complaints Assist with regulatory audits and document management for USDA, FDA, and other food safety standards

Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited university At least 2 years of experience in cold storage or food logistics operations management Familiar with food warehousing procedures and quality control standards Strong English reading and speaking skills; able to handle invoices and warehouse documentation Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., SR2), accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), and Excel Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills Knowledge of USDA, FDA, GMP, and HACCP standards is a strong advantage
