The C-Store Manager will be accountable for managing employees, customer service, problem resolution, and performance and image of store. Job Requirements:

Five years management experience, two of which managing a fast paced retail store Knowledge of all operations of a retail store Managing the process of ordering and delivery of product from vendors Following up with employees to be sure they did what they were expected to do correctly and in a timely manner Manage, organize and keep store cleanliness at all times Hiring, training, counseling, and terminating employees to be sure there is enough staff to support the volume of store sales while managing labor cost Effectively manage inventory for product and supplies Identify potential risks such as misused equipment, driving hazards, and distracted workers to keep our employees and customers safe at all times Store open 24-7, must be willing to work all shifts when needed To be successful in this role, the Store Manager needs to have supervised a staff of 5 or more, including hiring and firing responsibilities, and has previous retail experience. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be able to work hours required to maintain store.
