We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated team member who enjoys working with guests, supporting coworkers, and jumping in wherever needed. Our Key Holders are hands-on team members who help lead assigned shifts while working in all areas of the bakery—including Guest Service, Frosting, and Baking. Key Responsibilities As a Key Holder, you will help open and/or close the bakery, support daily operations, and provide leadership to team members during assigned shifts. This is a cross-trained position, and Key Holders are expected to work both front of house and back of house based on the needs of the bakery.

Responsibilities include:

Opening and/or closing the bakery and completing required procedures Providing excellent guest service and assisting with orders Operating the register and handling cash accurately Supporting and guiding team members during shifts Working in the Frosting Department, including frosting and decorating cakes, preparing products for orders, and maintaining frosting and decorating standards Working in the Baking Department, including assisting with cake production, preparing ingredients and pans, baking, cleaning equipment, and completing other production tasks Moving between Guest Service, Frosting, and Baking as business needs require Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery Restocking products, packaging, and supplies Following recipes, quality standards, food-safety procedures, and bakery policies Helping resolve guest concerns professionally Communicating shift updates and operational needs to bakery management What We're Looking For - Our ideal
