What You'll Get To Do:
Provides oversight, guidance and support to team members as directed by Store Manager. Drives results through the proper handing and processing of all donations to meet production and sales goals. Utilizes reports and leads team members by assisting with training, coaching and developing skills to achieve results. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. Effectively and efficiently manages a broad range of retail activities, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures, while ensuring completion of the leader checklist. Supports Goodwill NCW's mission through employment and training of people with different abilities. Supports recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization's mission and values and ensures successful onboarding for all team members in partnership with Store Manager. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications What We Need From You:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 3+ years of leadership experience preferred. Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints. Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook. Experience with reporting and dashboard tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.

Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions. Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively: Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours). Independently twist, lift, carry, push or pull moderate (10 pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds. Reach (approximately 54 inches). Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch. Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks. Verbally communicate to exchange information.
