We are a growing aerospace aftermarket company specializing in the supply of aircraft parts and components to customers around the world. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to work directly with one of our sales representatives and play a key role in supporting our global customer base. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and thrives on working as part of a collaborative sales team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to an assigned Sales Representative.
  • Source aircraft parts and components from vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and distribute Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers.
  • Compile accurate and competitive customer quotations.
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding quotation and order status.
  • Enter customer quotations and sales orders into the company ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and sales records through timely data entry.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, shipping, and other internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer
  • satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the entire sales team to achieve company goals while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or an administrative role.
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, or distribution sales is an asset but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience using Quantum software is preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
