Job Description

At our company we pair deep telecom expertise with AT&T's infrastructure to deliver solutions that create real business impact. We also bring that same focus to helping customers find the right wireless plans and devices. The Full Time Sales Assistant will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through device selection and sales enrollment. It's a customer-facing, results-oriented role where you'll enroll customers in AT&T wireless plans and devices while meeting clear performance targets. This requires strong sales focus, excellent customer service, and consistent achievement of performance goals. Core Duties of the
Full Time Sales Assistant:
Greet customers, assess needs, and actively sell AT&T wireless devices and plans. Present device features, plan options, and promotions to close residential enrollments. Handle objections, negotiate plan configurations, and finalize sales with a customer-first approach. Complete accurate enrollment paperwork and digital submissions for new activations and upgrades. Educate customers on device setup, basic troubleshooting, and account management. Maintain follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce churn. Support occasional in-store merchandising and promotional events to drive traffic and conversions. Essential Qualities of the

Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong sales acumen with a customer-first approach. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals. Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new products. Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Pay:
$56,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
