Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Sales Agent to join our team! Duties Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking to generate new leads Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend tailored insurance solutions that meet individual client requirements Negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company guidelines Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases, enhancing overall customer service experience Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products through telemarketing campaigns and community events Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting clients throughout the sales process Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills to close deals confidently while maintaining positive relationships Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are highly valued) Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and managing client information Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions effectively Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to sensitive health information when applicable Ability to perform benefits administration tasks and support marketing initiatives effectively Exceptional customer service skills combined with active listening and problem-solving abilities Join us as a Licensed Sales Agent and become a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to empowering clients through personalized solutions!
