This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the floral industry from the ground up and eventually move into a sales position with a salary and commission. The Sales Assistant will work closely with our sales team, learning our fresh flowers, hard goods, customers, ordering process, and day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and is eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist the sales team with daily customer needs and orders Learn our fresh flower, greenery, and floral supply inventory Help customers locate products and answer basic product questions Assist with entering, pulling, and checking customer orders Learn customer accounts, purchasing habits, and product preferences Communicate professionally with customers in person and by phone Help keep sales and product areas organized and stocked Work closely with sales, warehouse, and purchasing staff Train toward handling customer accounts and developing sales What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn about flowers, floral supplies, and the wholesale floral industry Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Previous customer service, retail, floral, or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM-2:00

PM Saturday:
