Description:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
Provide subject matter expertise supporting the CGI Outage Management System (OMS) application at client (OpenGrid, formerly knowns as PragramUP/PragmaLINE). Scope includes operational and maintenance support, including: Must support PST working hours. Must support on-call duty support rotation shared with existing team. Assist with system logic, processes, and data particularly as it relates to OMS-related projects, customer communications, and operational activities. Contribute to the upcoming database and operating system (OS) server upgrades. This would involve tasks such as OMS configuration, testing and other hands-on support. Collaborates directly with IT team maintaining, improving, and implementing communications, hardware, and software infrastructure Experience performing data analysis Support data requests from SQL databases specific to electrical utility events. Designs, administers and monitors grid application software configurations. Create and execute shell scripts and/or python code. Writes and reviews documentation to describe configuration processes, logic, and test plans. Writes and reviews documentation to describe configuration processes, logic, and test plans.
Education Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree Required Skills/Attributes:
Maintenance experience with back office support of the CGI Outage Management System application at an Electrical Utility or similar. OpenGrid Network, formerly known as PragmaUP/Pragma
LINE, SQL
