Product Engineer II at Ultimate Staffing Services Product Engineer II at Ultimate Staffing Services in Grapevine, Texas Posted in 1 day ago. $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer II to join a client in Grapevine, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Support to the production team. Perform failure analysis on customer products. Investigate and perform root cause analysis. Contact client for escalations. Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding. Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems. Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls. Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis. Work inside customer lab.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. Experience in computer hardware engineering. Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices Requires excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have strong Office suite knowledge (excel, word etc.). Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files. Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization. Effectively liaison between Company and Client. Must be able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision. Requires strong analytical and statistical skills. Requires flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business supports.
