Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits through engaging presentations. Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Manage inventory by keeping track of vehicle availability and ensuring proper display. Utilize retail math to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations throughout the sales process. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Experience Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions. Public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
