This is a 100% commission, fully self-generated role. You knock your own doors, set your own appointments, and run your own day. What You'll Do You'll go door-to-door generating your own leads, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and guiding them through the entire sales process from first knock to signed contract — on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include:

Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing Set your own appointments Lead company-hired appointment setters to grow your pipeline Identify window replacement needs and opportunities Present window options, materials, and financing Build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners Follow up consistently with prospects Close window replacement projects on the spot or through follow-up Generate additional opportunities through referrals Maintain your leads and customers in our CRM We teach you the windows side. You bring the drive to knock doors, build trust, follow up, close — and lead.
