Description The BDC Representative is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and exceeding their expectations. Essential Duties Answer service calls with a high level of professionalism. Contact guests regularly and provide appropriate follow-up on all leads or requests. Consistently achieve or exceed individual goals. Provide a first-class customer experience by demonstrating an extensive knowledge of products. Capture meaningful data according to the company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with guests, building relationships and personalizing future opportunities. Work as a team player and partner with fellow associates, foster open and constructive communication, and ensure a consistent experience to contribute to a positive working environment. Hourly $16.90 Plus Commission Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. A positive attitude. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and establish priorities. Accuracy and attention to detail needed. Strong organisation and follow up skills. Goal Oriented. Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. High flexibility and ability to adapt.
