Customer Success Specialist $25-$27/hr | Temp-to-Hire | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM A growing company in Mission Viejo is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to support sales order processing, customer interactions, data management, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. QuickBooks and Excel experience are highly desirable. Maintain customer, sales, and operational data while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain reports using Excel, including data organization, filtering, and analysis. Interact with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments via phone, email, and HubSpot. Ensure accurate order processing, smooth transactions, and timely issue resolution. Provide customer support regarding orders, product inquiries, and account-related questions. Assist with order management, customer communications, and sales support activities. Provide overflow support for customer orders and inquiries as needed. Customer Success Specialist Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred. Associate degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales operations, logistics, customer success, or account support may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, order processing, customer success, sales support, account coordination, or logistics coordination role. Experience within regenerative biologics, biologics, medical device, pharmaceutical (pharma), medical aesthetics, aesthetics, healthcare, biotechnology, life sciences, or MedTech industries strongly preferred. Current experience supporting complex, technical, scientific, or highly regulated products is strongly preferred. Experience supporting healthcare providers, clinics, medical practices, distributors, sales representatives, or healthcare customers is highly desirable. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot, and customer relationship management practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. QuickBooks experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and manage deadlines effectively. Commitment to accuracy, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail. Work Environment Full-time, on-site position in Mission Viejo. Professional office environment. Collaborative team atmosphere.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $27.00
