We are looking for a professional, reliable, and sales-oriented team member who can become a trusted part of our studio team. What You'll Do Welcome clients and provide a friendly, professional experience Perform professional teeth whitening services after completing our training Conduct client consultations and explain our services clearly Recommend appropriate services, packages, memberships, and products Generate sales and confidently communicate with clients Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Prepare and reset the treatment area between clients Assist with bookings, client communication, and daily studio operations Follow all studio procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness Help create a positive and professional atmosphere for every client Work independently and responsibly when the owner or manager is not present What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable, responsible, and serious about their work Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients Strong in sales and customer service Professional, well-groomed, and polished in appearance Energetic, proactive, and able to stay productive during slower periods Detail-oriented and naturally clean and organized Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility Fluent and highly proficient in English Available for flexible scheduling and preferably available on weekends Experience Previous experience in any of the following is a strong plus: Teeth whitening Dental office Beauty or aesthetics Med spa Skincare Retail sales Customer service Hospitality Teeth whitening experience is preferred but not required. We provide training and teach our complete whitening procedures and studio protocols. Compensation $17-$19 per hour , based on experience 100% of tips go directly to the employee Commission on sales Flexible scheduling 10-30 hours per week available Training provided Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and business needs Important We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business , takes their work seriously, and can be trusted to maintain our standards even when the owner is not in the studio.
