We value ownership, transparency, initiative, and excellent work. The Role We're hiring a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team as a Tax Relief Opener. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them feel heard and guiding them toward the next step in resolving their tax concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with inbound and outbound leads, conduct initial discovery, qualify prospects, and prepare interested clients to speak with our closer team. Key Responsibilities Contact and respond to inbound and outbound leads Build rapport with prospective clients over the phone Ask discovery questions to understand each prospect's tax situation Qualify prospects using established criteria Explain the next steps in the tax relief process Accurately document calls, notes, and follow-up activity in the CRM Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your lead pipeline Work toward individual and team performance goals Share feedback and help improve our sales process What We're Looking For No previous tax relief or sales experience is required Sales or customer service experience is preferred Tax relief, financial services, debt relief, insurance, or similar industry experience is a plus Strong phone presence and clear communication skills Confidence speaking with people who may be experiencing financial stress A positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset Strong organization and follow-through Comfort learning and using CRM software Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the team Compensation and Opportunity $35,000-$70,000 per year Opportunity for professional growth and advancement Direct access to leadership and decision-makers A flexible and accountable work culture Potential for increased responsibility as the firm grows The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for people facing tax challenges This role provides strong potential for professional development, increased responsibility, and long-term advancement.
