This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment where your proactive approach and leadership qualities will make a significant impact. $20-$24 Hourly + commission Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective clients in various industries Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their staffing needs Present compelling staffing solutions that align with client requirements, emphasizing the value of our services Negotiate contracts and terms effectively to secure mutually beneficial agreements Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities efficiently Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within staffing, technology sales, or related fields Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively Demonstrated success in business development and generating new client relationships Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales activities Knowledge of staffing industry trends and technical sales processes is a plus Ability to analyze market data and client feedback to refine sales strategies effectively Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results in a competitive environment Join us if you're passionate about connecting talented professionals with innovative companies!
