$75,000
•150,000+ per year Alpha Brite Home is a fast-growing home services company serving the East Bay's most affluent neighborhoods. We help busy homeowners keep their houses in top shape with solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pool cleaning, pressure washing, and more. We're in our first major expansion, and the reps who join now will be the ones leading teams as we scale into new markets. What You'll Do Target pre-researched, high-income neighborhoods (we do the targeting — you do the closing) Walk homeowners through custom membership packages built around what their house actually needs Sell a mix of one-time services and recurring memberships — memberships pay significantly more per conversation Build your own pitch style — we train you on the product and process, not a rigid script Flexible Schedule Pay & Perks 14% commission on one-time services 25% commission on the first month's value of every membership you sell 100% commission, uncapped — paid bi-weekly 1099 independent contractor role Year 1
