San Fernando Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to support both in-store (counter) and external (field) sales activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our client base, particularly among key industrial customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Counter Sales (In-Office) Assist walk-in customers with product selection and technical queries. Prepare and follow up on quotations in a timely manner. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business. 2. Field Sales (External) Conduct regular visits to assigned and potential customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Identify new business opportunities within industrial sectors. Present products and solutions tailored to customer needs. 3. Sales Growth & Business Development Actively pursue new customers and market opportunities. Follow up on quotations to convert them into sales. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Support promotional and marketing initiatives. 4. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM. Submit weekly activity and performance reports. Track pipeline opportunities and follow-ups. 5. Internal Coordination Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfilment. Ensure all quotations are reviewed and approved before submission. Communicate customer requirements clearly to the operations team. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of CXC / Diploma / Associate Degree (Sales, Business, or related field preferred) 1-2 years of experience in sales (industrial or technical sales is an asset). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn industrial products (bearings, seals, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (CRM experience is an asset). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
