Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Torrance, CA within the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong order management, inventory coordination, and account support experience. The Inside Sales Representative will support customers, distributors, factories, and internal sales teams by managing orders, forecasts, shipment updates, quotations, CRM activity, and service inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Manage order entry, delivery schedules, sales orders, purchase orders, forecasts, ship date changes, and order updates using internal systems.
- Communicate with factories, contract manufacturers, customers, and distributors regarding schedules, quantity changes, cancellations, shipment issues, and forecasts.
- Respond to customer, distributor, and internal inquiries by phone, email, and CRM while providing professional and timely support.
- Prepare and update quotations, register new part numbers, support distributor programs, and maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Monitor customer inventory levels, generate weekly and monthly reports, and assist with RMA activities, returns, and shipment discrepancies.
- Perform general clerical, administrative, and account support duties as needed to support sales operations and customer satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $56,160 per year.

Torrance, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills- Manage order entry, order changes, delivery schedules, and shipping coordination through internal business systems.
- Support customer accounts, distributor programs, CRM inquiries, forecasts, quotations, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with factories, contract manufacturers, customers, and internal sales teams to resolve order, shipment, and product-related issues.
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience.
- Experience using web-based ordering, business software, or ERP systems.
- Strong inventory management skills, including the ability to interpret forecasts and plan accordingly.
- Basic Excel skills required.
- Strong written and verbal customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage details accurately.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Experience supporting customers in manufacturing or a similar business environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Inside sales or customer account support experience within manufacturing, electronics, components, semiconductor, or related industries.
- Experience working with distributors, contract manufacturers, factory contacts, and customer inventory programs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, RMA processing, stock rotation activities, and forecast management.
