We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production & Sales Coordinator to join our team! This role is essential in bridging the gap between production operations and sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and exceptional customer service. Duties Coordinate production schedules with sales teams to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery timelines, and product specifications Assist in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring alignment with production capacity Collaborate with production teams to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize workflow efficiency Maintain detailed records of sales activities, production updates, and customer interactions for reporting purposes Support the development of sales strategies by providing insights on production capabilities and timelines Ensure high standards of customer service by promptly addressing issues or concerns and providing timely updates Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales roles with excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of production processes or manufacturing environments is a plus Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
