Job Description

Guest Service Specialist:
The Car Wash Center
  • Groton is looking for friendly, outgoing, career minded sales associates for our car wash facility located at 771 Long Hill Road, Groton, CT.
We are a locally owned and operated company hiring as we continue to scale. We take pride in providing high-quality service while creating a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with customers, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment, and who sees the long-term potential of joining a successful organization in a period of sustainable, rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Educate and present membership opportunities to new guests in a service-based sales environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area/facility
  • Assist with routine equipment checks and general site upkeep
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-first mindset with a friendly and engaging personality An ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks
