Job Description
Overview Local moving company is looking for a quality sales representative. We're looking for someone who has some experience with sales both over the phone and in person, who will secure job bookings, and can take instructions. Duties Over the phone sales (for potential moving clients) Scheduling jobs and estimates On-site estimates (that have been previously scheduled) Data Entry Problem Solving Requirements Bilingual (English + Spanish) Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective customer engagement Exceptional analysis skills for understanding customer requirements A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service, retail sales experience preferred but not required Ability to solve problems and curate solutions. We will provide you with training on our systems and pricing, you will be responsible for receiving/making phone calls, speaking with clients, answering questions and booking jobs. We will also train you to do on-site estimates which would involve in person sales.
