Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will communicate with dealership customers and prospects through outbound and inbound conversations. Depending on your assigned team, you may work with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle, existing customers who need automotive service, or customers who may be ready to upgrade or trade their current vehicle.Your goal is simple:
create meaningful customer conversations, identify opportunities, and turn those opportunities into qualified dealership appointments.Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to dealership customers and prospects Handle inbound customer opportunities when assigned Build rapport and communicate confidently over the phone Identify customer needs and create urgency around the appropriate next step Schedule and confirm qualified sales and/or service appointments Re-engage customers who previously expressed interest but did not purchase Communicate with existing service customers regarding dealership opportunities Professionally overcome objections and customer concerns Maintain accurate notes and customer information within dealership CRM systems Follow established scripts, processes, and compliance standards Track daily activity and individual performance metrics Work closely with managers, trainers, and team members to achieve department goalsA Performance-Driven Environment:

Who We're Looking For You do not need years of automotive experience to succeed at Worldwide BDC. We are looking for people who demonstrate: Strong verbal communication skills Competitive drive and self-motivation Confidence speaking with customers A positive and professional phone presence Comfort working toward daily and monthly goals Coachability and willingness to improve Resilience when handling objections or rejection Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Desire to increase earning potential through performance Interest in building a long-term career in sales, automotive, or leadership Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, business development, appointment setting, or other performance-based environments are encouraged to apply. Competitive individuals, former athletes, and candidates accustomed to goal-oriented environments often transition well into this position.Compensation & Career Growth Expected Compensation:
$40,000 - $100,000 per year Compensation includes base pay with opportunities for additional performance-based earnings. Individual earnings will depend on position, performance, production, and applicable incentive structures. Worldwide BDC is built around internal development and advancement.
