FloMed Infusion is an outpatient infusion clinic offering Medical Infusions and Injections in a relaxing ambulatory environment. For more specifics on what we do and who we are, please review our website https://flomedinfusion.com/ We are seeking a highly organized Corporate Development Assistant to support the expansion and buildout of our growing network of healthcare clinics. This role communicates and supports both the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Corporate Development and plays a critical part in bringing new facilities from concept to completion. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can successfully manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines. This individual will balance both office-based coordination and on-site execution, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating functional, patient-centered clinical spaces. A proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate across departments are essential. This is an in-office position and is not remote. This role also requires local and/or overnight travel, depending on project needs.
Requirements:
Responsibilities Assist in gathering information on potential new clinic locations, including on-site scoping and market research Serve as a vital point of contact to manage ongoing communications with landlords, brokers, and local property representatives Help keep clinic buildout timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track Support procurement by placing and following up on orders for equipment, furniture, and supplies Keep an eye on inventory orders, shipping schedules, and deliveries so sites are ready on time Maintain tidy, up-to-date records of project status, budgets, and vendor communications Sit in on meetings, take notes, and send along friendly, clear recaps to the team Lend a hand to design, operations, and clinical teams with everyday coordination Help with on-site setup, vendor visits, and final readiness checks Keep in touch with vendors, contractors, and outside partners to keep relationships running smoothly Help gather invoices, track expenses, and keep budgets reconciled Maintain frequent and clear communication to CEO and Corporate Development Team of all project updates Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, or logistical challenges Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Experience in project coordination, healthcare development, construction, or similar field preferred Comfortable working both in an office environment and on-site at clinic locations Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, evolving environment Collaborative team player with a willingness to support cross-functional initiatives
