Position:

PROJECT MANAGER/ SALES REPRESENTATIVE

(Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Meet with our customers and educate about options for AC installations.
• Walk our customers through the sales and installation process.
• Present Air Quality options available during the new installation process.
• Follow up with our customers post-install.
• Provide customer support before, during and after installation.

Administrative Tasks:

• Follow a Pipeline schedule for potential sales.
• Scheduling installations according to customer needs.
• Closely work alongside our install teams.
• Monitor our in-house inventory of AC systems and Air Quality products.
• Initiate Consumer Loans for new installations.
• Data entry.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Two years of sales experience in the HVAC field (preferred), and/or
• Two years' experience in sales.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Customer-centric attitude (treating our customers like family).
• Ability to retain important information.
• Detail-oriented.
• Fast learner with apps and programs.
• Self-motivated and highly likable personality.

Work Details:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
• Some after hour work will be necessary.
• Salary plus commissions.
• Requires both office hours and field visits.

$50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
