This individual will play a key role in expanding our presence among physicians, medical practices, healthcare providers, and other referral partners by developing meaningful, long-term professional relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder who is comfortable walking into a medical office, engaging with healthcare professionals, identifying their needs, and effectively communicating the unique value our pharmacy brings to both providers and their patients. This is a highly visible, field-based position for someone who thrives on building connections, creating opportunities, and being the face of an organization they are proud to represent. Key Responsibilities Develop and cultivate relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, office managers, and other healthcare professionals. Conduct regular in-person visits to medical offices and healthcare facilities to introduce our pharmacy, educate staff on our services, and establish our pharmacy as a trusted resource for their patients. Clearly articulate our competitive advantages and differentiators , demonstrating how our personalized approach, accessibility, responsiveness, and patient-focused services set us apart from traditional pharmacies. Identify and pursue new business-development opportunities , while strengthening existing relationships and expanding the pharmacy's network of healthcare partners. Deliver compelling, professional presentations and conversations tailored to the needs of each medical practice, with the ability to confidently communicate our services and answer questions. Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management with office contacts to ensure our pharmacy remains top-of-mind and continues to be viewed as a valuable partner. Serve as a liaison between the pharmacy and the medical community , bringing provider feedback, opportunities, and market insights back to leadership and the pharmacy team. Represent the pharmacy at healthcare networking events, community events, professional meetings, and other outreach opportunities designed to increase awareness and establish new partnerships. Maintain organized records of outreach activities, contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups while working collaboratively with pharmacy leadership to achieve growth objectives. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is energetic, polished, persuasive, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. The right candidate will have the confidence to initiate conversations, the professionalism to establish credibility with healthcare providers, and the persistence to turn initial introductions into lasting relationships. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your schedule, traveling between offices, and taking ownership. Most importantly, you should understand that successful healthcare sales is not simply about making a pitch — it is about earning trust, understanding needs, providing value, and developing relationships that last. Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, provider relations, or business development is strongly preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate with the right personality, communication skills, and drive. What Success Looks Like Success in this position will be measured by your ability to expand our network of healthcare relationships, increase awareness of our pharmacy's services, generate new opportunities, and establish our pharmacy as a preferred and trusted partner within the medical community. We are looking for someone who doesn't simply visit offices — they build relationships. Someone who doesn't simply describe our services — they communicate our value. And someone who doesn't simply look for a sale — they create long-term partnerships. If you are confident, ambitious, personable, and passionate about making an impact in the healthcare community, we want to meet you.
