Prestige Health and Beauty Sciences Academy (Hallandale Beach) and Solea MedSpa (Sunny Isles Beach) are growing together, and we're looking for energetic, motivated, results-driven salespeople to join us. We're hiring for both locations at once. During the interview and training process, we'll figure out together where you're the strongest fit. Regardless of your final placement, every new hire trains on the Solea MedSpa sales floor first — it's the fastest way to build and prove real sales instincts before taking on a role at the Academy. Pay depends on placement:

$25.00/hour at Solea MedSpa or $20.00/hour at Prestige Academy, each with its own bonus structure. We'll walk you through the exact numbers during the interview. Your first 6 weeks (2-week training + 1-month probationary period) are paid hourly, plus bonuses at your supervisor's discretion. The standard bonus structure kicks in once you're fully ramped up. What You'll Do — Solea MedSpa (all new hires start here) Consult with clients in person and by phone about services and treatment packages Present pricing, promotions, and financing options; handle objections and close sales Follow up with leads and past clients to rebook and upsell Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Deliver a high-end, professional client experience What You'll Do — Prestige Academy (if placed here after training) Contact prospective students by phone, text, email, and in person Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and schedule campus tours Present educational programs, tuition, schedules, and career outcomes Guide applicants through the enrollment process to close Work with other departments to ensure a smooth student experience Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience preferred (retail, call center, insurance, real estate, automotive, inside sales, or similar) Comfortable with a fast-paced, quota-driven, face-to-face sales environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing ability Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish required Professional appearance and positive attitude What We Offer $20.00 - $25.00/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses (depends on placement) Hands-on training at Solea MedSpa, regardless of where you're placed Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Paid Training Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
