Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories. Demonstrate product features through engaging demos to highlight benefits and functionalities. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling. Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales performance. Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products to attract customer attention. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Operate cash drawers accurately, handle retail math calculations for transactions, and process returns or exchanges efficiently. Experience Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing store operations. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling is essential. Experience with merchandising, stocking products, and conducting product demos enhances your ability to succeed. Strong communication skills are vital for engaging customers effectively in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of retail store product offerings, especially mobile devices or grocery store experience, is advantageous but not required. A background in customer service roles that involve cashiering, retail transactions, or grocery store work will support your success in this position.
