Royal VIP Auto Sales is looking for a motivated Spanish-speaking Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team operating onsite at Toyota of Hollywood. No automotive experience is required. Training is provided. Customer leads may also be provided through Royal VIP Auto Sales and DG Auto Advisor. This is a good opportunity for someone who is competitive, good with people, comfortable with sales, and wants to learn the automotive business while building their own customer base. You will work directly with customers from the first conversation through the final vehicle delivery.

Compensation:

100% commission-based. Typical commission ranges from approximately $300 to $2,000 per completed deal depending on the profitability and structure of the deal. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. What You'll Do Work customer leads provided by Royal VIP Auto Sales and DG Auto Advisor Generate your own customers through referrals, social media, Marketplace, networking, and prospecting Call, text, and follow up with leads Manage customers through the dealership's DriveCentric CRM Schedule dealership appointments Meet customers onsite at Toyota of Hollywood Show vehicles and conduct test drives Help customers select the right vehicle Handle objections and negotiate Close deals Coordinate with dealership management and finance Assist with vehicle delivery Follow up for repeat and referral business This is not just an appointment-setting role. You will learn how to work the full automotive sales process from lead to delivery. Language Requirement You must speak English and Spanish fluently . Training We provide training in automotive sales, lead follow-up, CRM usage, appointment setting, vehicle presentations, test drives, objection handling, negotiation, closing, prospecting, and social media lead generation. Toyota of Hollywood also conducts regular dealership sales training. Additional coaching is provided by Prince and DG Auto Advisor. Social Media Social media is an important part of how we generate business. Our team creates monthly automotive content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Being comfortable on camera or interested in building a personal brand is a plus, but not required. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is competitive, coachable, organized, persistent, responsive, comfortable talking to customers, willing to make calls, and willing to follow up consistently. Automotive experience is not required. Sales, customer service, retail, wireless, insurance, real estate, hospitality, BDC, or commission-based experience is a plus. Schedule On-site at Toyota of Hollywood in Hollywood, FL. Minimum availability of 20+ hours per week . Evening and weekend availability may be needed depending on customer schedules.

Pay:

$62,075.76 - $1,500,000.00 per year
