In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and promoting print and signage solutions. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and customer-focused approach, will help us achieve and surpass sales goals. Core Responsibilities Prospecting & Cold Calling:

Finding new business through in-person local visits, phone calls, networking, and community events.

Consultative Selling:

Meeting with clients at their places of business to evaluate print and signage needs and offer tailored visual solutions.

Account Management:

Managing the sales pipeline, creating quotes and proposals, and providing ongoing customer service.

Project Coordination:

Working with in-house graphic designers and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

CRM Tracking:

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales progress.

Key Qualifications Experience:

Prior business-to-business (B2B) outside sales or commission-based sales experience.

Skills:

Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Transportation:

A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel locally within an assigned territory.

Technical Aptitude:

Familiarity with CRM software and a willingness to learn about sign manufacturing, printing, and graphics.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
