POSITION OVERVIEW
Stallion Restoration is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and driven individual to join our Business Development team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to build a career in sales, business development, and the restoration/construction industry. Prior restoration experience is not required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn. The primary objective of this position is to generate new business opportunities, develop referral relationships, identify potential projects, and create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for Stallion Restoration. This is not a desk-based sales position. The Business Development Representative will spend significant time in the field developing relationships, prospecting businesses and communities, attending networking opportunities, and representing Stallion Restoration throughout the market.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct daily outbound business development activities.
• Identify and contact potential referral partners and clients. Prospect residential communities and targeted territories. Conduct in-person visits to businesses and potential referral partners. Generate qualified inspection and service opportunities. Follow up consistently with prospects and existing relationships. Maintain an active pipeline of potential opportunities. Relationship Development Develop relationships with professionals and organizations that regularly encounter property damage or restoration needs, including: Plumbers HVAC companies Roofers Property managers Realtors
• Insurance professionals Contractors and trades Commercial property representatives Community associations Other strategic referral partners The goal is to become a reliable resource when these partners encounter customers or properties requiring restoration services. Field Business Development Conduct scheduled field prospecting activities. Visit targeted businesses and properties. Participate in networking events and industry functions. Assist with community and marketing initiatives. Represent Stallion Restoration professionally in the field.
• Identify new territories, industries, and partnership opportunities. Lead Handoff & Follow-Up Business Development is responsible for creating opportunities - not allowing them to disappear after the initial conversation. Capture accurate prospect and lead information. Submit new opportunities through the company's designated system. Coordinate with Lead Intake and Operations when an inspection or service opportunity is generated. Follow up with referral partners regarding submitted opportunities. Maintain communication throughout the relationship lifecycle. CRM & Activity Tracking All business development activity must be documented.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

New representatives will receive training in: Property restoration fundamentals Water, mold, fire, roofing, and reconstruction services

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
