As a Sales Account Representative, you will work directly with senior leaders to support team performance, customer acquisition, Sales campaign execution, and daily operational goals. Sales Account Representative Responsibilities Lead by example in customer interactions and Sales campaign execution as an Sales Account Representative Support daily team objectives, territory performance, and client Sales growth initiatives Assist in training and mentoring newer team members on customer engagement and Sales Monitor Sales activity, customer engagement, and team productivity metrics Help coordinate promotions, outreach campaigns, and customer acquisition efforts Work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency and Sales performance Build strong customer relationships while maintaining AT&T brand standards Develop leadership strategies to help the office continue scaling Qualifications for the Sales Account Representative Previous experience in customer service, Sales, leadership, team lead, or management training is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership potential with a strong desire for career advancement Goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Professional demeanor with a direct communication style Motivated to grow into senior leadership through the Sales Account Representative path Why Join BKM Business Group At BKM Business Group, the Sales Account Representative role is designed for long-term growth.
