Red Hoagland Hyundai is looking for qualified Automotive Sales Consultants to join our fast growing Sales Department! Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in Automotive Sales, or a commission-based Sales role.

Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications:

Automotive Sales Experience is preferred but not required. Solid communication skills both verbal and written Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is required A strong, positive work ethic, and an interest in a long-term position You must have a professional appearance and impeccable professional integrity Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Motivated to succeed and driven to learn and grow professionally Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles Bilingual is a plus

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

You will be required to provide the best in customer service and sales assistance to our customers, and to consistently achieve sales goals Following up on sales leads Negotiating prices with customers Working with sales managers to ensure that sales goals are met Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auto inventory, including features, condition and warranty status Creating and maintaining relationships with guests Conducting walk-arounds with guests and demonstrating automobile features Accompanying guests on test drives Assisting guests with leasing and financing
