Job Overview The Sales Representative plays a critical role in maintaining great relationships with our customer base and is responsible for driving sales with a strong technical understanding of our product lines. This role requires a well-rounded individual who excels in the office, at jobsites and in the manufacturing plant. Responsibilities Track current/future jobs with large contractors Create quotes for bids/take-offs for contractors Correspond through email and phone regarding technical information with contractors, architects, engineers, etc. Conduct various meetings (job status, mechanics, production, etc.) Conduct presentations on products and technical information Consult with contractors and design professionals on site Record meeting minutes for various meetings Research, contact and meet with prospective clients Maintain client relationships Coordinate with production team to ensure product availability Familiarity with production related tasks (inventory organization and counts, production run inputting, scheduling, etc.) Other tasks as required Required Education Associates degree Basic Qualifications Speak, read, and write English fluently Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong mathematical skills Organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Problem solving and decision making skills Comfortable with working indoors and outdoors Preferred Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience in construction, engineering, business, or marketing.
