Business Growth and Operations Coordinator Part-Time (20-25 hours/week) | On-Site — Sioux Center, IA About Us At Entegro Health, we create high-quality probiotics that support optimal gut health. Position Overview This role combines Consultant and Affiliate sales support, customer revenue capture, and hands-on business operations into a single, execution-focused position. The majority of the work will helping Entegro better serve new and existing customers: launching incentive campaigns, recruiting and activating Affiliates, converting customer service contacts into repeat and expanded orders, and identifying where sales are being lost. The remaining time keeps the engine running CRM accuracy, order fulfillment oversight, Consultant compensation support, and reporting that shows what is actually working. There is also an expectation to assist in the product bottling process. This is an on-site position. Schedule can be flexible as long as hours are set within standard business hours. Key Responsibilities 1. Consultant and Affiliate Support & Growth (9-11 hrs/week) Design and execute Consultant and Affiliate sales incentive campaigns — rules, timelines, tracking, promotion, and performance reporting. Recruit, onboard, and activate new Affiliates, working with each one to help them get started successfully. Proactively contact and coach Consultants and Affiliates by phone, video, and follow-up — sharing best practices and re-engaging inactive sellers. Build and distribute sales enablement materials such as playbooks, one-pagers, scripts, and short trainings that support Consultant and Affiliate success. 2. Customer Support & Retention (5-6 hrs/week) Handle customer service across phone, email, Zendesk, and social media Support customer retention, subscriptions, reorders, and approved promotional outreach.. Monitor and engage company social media and relevant online communities to answer questions, support customers and Consultants, and protect brand reputation. 3. Brand, Partner and Market Expansion (3-4 hrs/week) Support influencer and partner collaborations — identifying aligned partners, coordinating product seeding, managing tracking links and codes, and reporting on results.
Coordinate brand and marketing assets:
adapt templates, organize photo/video files, manage printing, and get current materials and kits into the hands of Consultants, Affiliates, and customers. 4. Operations, Data and Business Support (3-4 hrs/week) Maintain accurate CRM and tracking data for Consultants, Affiliates, and customers — contact details, status, and performance metrics. Analyze sales, customer service, and operational data to spot revenue leaks and growth opportunities, and deliver a concise performance report to leadership. Support monthly financial and banking reconciliations and Consultant compensation payments and reporting. Oversee product shipping and order fulfillment for accuracy and on-time delivery, and refine processes that slow down the revenue cycle. Assist with bottling and packaging operations, including preparing materials, filling and packaging product, moving supplies and finished product, and helping maintain an organized and compliant work area in accordance with established procedures. Qualifications 2+ years in sales support, customer service, account management, marketing coordination, or business operations, health or wellness industry a plus. Demonstrated comfort with building relationships, following up, and supporting growth. Strong analytical skills; able to interpret sales and operational data and act on it. Proficiency with CRM, ticketing systems, e-commerce platforms, and standard office/marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone and on camera with Consultants and other Partners. Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize competing responsibilities within a part-time schedule. Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to perform primarily sedentary office work, including prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Ability to regularly use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment. Ability to occasionally stand and walk for extended periods while assisting with bottling and packaging activities. Ability to regularly bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move materials, supplies, and packaged products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform work requiring sufficient visual acuity
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
