Job Description

Sales Coordinator Job Type:
Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Expected Hours:
40-45 per week
Work Location:
In person Job Summary The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational needs of the sales team to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position serves as a key point of coordination and requires strong attention to detail to manage documentation and reporting accurately. A customer-focused approach is essential, as this role helps maintain clear communication and a positive experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities Sales Processing:
Handle all paperwork related to sold units, including coordinating leasing and financing documents.
Equipment & Inventory Administration:
Register equipment for warranties, create purchase orders for new inventory, and assist with ordering wholegoods.
Quotes & Custom Orders:
Prepare and monitor equipment quotes and coordinate details for pallet racking special orders, including drawings.
CRM & Data Management:
Maintain the CRM system by entering new customer information and keeping lead data up to date.
Reporting:
Generate and share routine reports, including bi-weekly/monthly new customer updates and monthly summaries of open quotes, sales, and wholesale activity.
Sales Support:
Serve as the initial contact for incoming sales calls and direct leads to the appropriate territory sales representative.
