Position Overview Romexterra Restoration is looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to generate new business and help homeowners identify solutions for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and storm-related property damage . This is a field-based sales position focused on building relationships with homeowners, generating leads, conducting exterior inspections, presenting restoration solutions, and managing opportunities from initial contact through the sales process. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, canvassing, and door-to-door sales . Conduct residential exterior inspections for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and storm damage . Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate restoration, roofing, and exterior remodeling solutions . Educate homeowners about insurance restoration and the claims process when applicable. Present proposals, pricing, financing options, and project solutions. Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Manage customer and sales information through the CRM . Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners to generate repeat and referral business. Maintain communication with customers throughout the project process. Consistently work toward sales and revenue goals. Qualifications Sales experience is preferred but not required . Experience in roofing, restoration, construction, home improvement, insurance, real estate, or exterior remodeling is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented . Comfortable with field sales, canvassing, door-to-door outreach, and working outdoors . Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and close sales. Basic computer and CRM skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits Target Earnings:

$100,000-$250,000+ annually Base Salary +

Commission:

Base compensation plus 40% of gross profit on cash collected

Uncapped Monthly Commission:

Referral Commission Opportunity:

Earn additional commission when you refer qualifying business to

3% of total revenue for qualifying mitigation projects 1% of total revenue for qualifying reconstruction/repair projects
