Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is aggressively hiring Outside Sales Representatives throughout the greater Chicago territory. No cold calling. No door knocking. No chasing leads. Our marketing team and call center handle that part.

Your job is simple:

Run pre-set appointments. Present. Close deals. Make money. This is a 100% commission-based sales role where top reps consistently earn $150K

TERRITORY

This position covers the greater Chicago market, generally within approximately a 90-minute radius from downtown Chicago .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run 3-5 pre-set in-home appointments daily Present products and pricing to homeowners Build rapport and close deals on-site Use company technology and quoting tools to generate contracts Work closely with leadership and production teams
