Requirements Applicants with strong SALES, leadership skills, problem solving and multitasking abilities should only apply. Responsibilities focus heavily on leadership, efficient salon management, motivating and empowering salon employees along with executing company policies, procedures, and rules. Responsibilities Provide great customer service to all clients Inform clients about the knowledge and options for tanning, spray tanning, products, and other services Maintain daily reports, such as sales, inventory, cleaning logs Ensure each room is functioning well and addressing any issues Incorporate with social media ideas and posts Check clients into their service and direct each client to the best option to reach their goals Perform the shift cleaning responsibilities to maintain the cleanliness of the salon Pay Hourly Commission and extra bonus potential(daily & monthly) Free parking Free tanning and a discount on spray tanning, spa services and products Please apply if you have experience in direct sales, spa services, tanning personally, and live around the area.
