About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, construction professionals, and industry partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who understands the construction industry and enjoys being out in the field, developing new business, supporting existing customers, and finding solutions to meet customer needs. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory, identifying new opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and representing Nu Way Concrete Forms as a trusted resource for equipment, materials, supplies, and rental solutions. If you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, developing relationships, and helping contractors get the products and equipment they need to complete their projects, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, subcontractors, and industry professionals. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory. Make regular in-person sales calls and visits to existing and prospective customers. Promote Nu Way's complete line of concrete forms, equipment, materials, accessories, supplies, and rental products. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and solutions. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information. Follow up on leads, quotes, open opportunities, and customer requests. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and sales opportunities. Research potential customers and identify opportunities for new business. Meet or exceed established sales goals and objectives. Maintain accurate customer, sales, and opportunity information. Coordinate closely with inside sales, estimating, purchasing, rental, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met. Communicate product availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery information to customers. Assist customers with product selection, application, and jobsite needs. Attend trade shows, contractor events, industry meetings, and other networking opportunities. Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, customer needs, and industry trends. Stay current on Nu Way products, services, equipment, and rental offerings. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Represent Nu Way Concrete Forms professionally in the field and within the construction community. Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned. What We're Looking For 2+ years of outside sales experience , preferably in the concrete, construction, contractor supply, equipment, or related industry. High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Strong understanding of the construction industry and contractor needs. Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple customers, opportunities, and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout an assigned territory and regularly visit customer jobsites. Ability to occasionally lift or handle product samples and other materials as needed. $70,000.00- $140,000.
