Verizon Wireless Sales Representative We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Wireless Sales Representative to join our Verizon team.

What You'll Do Greet every customer and provide a welcoming, professional experience Listen to customers and understand their wireless needs Help customers choose phones, plans, accessories, tablets, watches, home internet, and other Verizon products and services Assist with new accounts, upgrades, activations, transfers, and account questions Clearly explain promotions, pricing, and available options Recommend products and services that genuinely benefit the customer Build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back Help troubleshoot basic device and service issues Maintain product displays and keep the store clean and organized Stay up to date on new devices, promotions, and Verizon services Work toward individual and store sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a positive and professional attitude Enjoys talking with and helping people Provides excellent customer service Is dependable, punctual, and responsible Has strong communication and listening skills Is comfortable learning about technology and wireless products Is motivated to reach goals and improve Works well independently and as part of a team Can create a great experience for every customer, whether they are making a purchase or simply need help Previous wireless, retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
