Pine State Asphalt / Pine State Courts continues to grow, and we're looking to add a Customer Relations & Sales Coordinator to our team. This position combines customer service, sales support, estimating, and project coordination. The role will include both office and field work, working directly with customers from their initial inquiry through the estimating and project process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, new leads, and customer inquiries by phone, email, and text Gather project information and maintain accurate customer and project records Follow up with customers on estimates, proposals, and sales opportunities Visit potential project sites to meet with customers, take measurements and photos, and gather information for estimating Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and project details Coordinate with our internal team while providing professional customer service throughout the sales and project process We're looking for someone who is professional, organized, personable, and motivated. Someone who is comfortable working with customers, communicates well, takes initiative, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Experience in customer service, sales, construction, or estimating is a plus, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
