$45,000 base salary + commission |OTE:

Full-Time, Direct Hire Our client is a manufactured housing community management company seeking a Business Development professional to help guide prospective buyers from scheduled appointments through completed sales. This role focuses on creating a strong customer experience, managing an active sales pipeline, and helping prospects find the right home for their needs.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Follow up on appointments set by the Business Development Representative to confirm and secure prospect attendance
- Maintain detailed knowledge of available community inventory and match prospects with appropriate homes
- Conduct property showings that build interest and move prospects toward a purchase decision
- Provide a welcoming, professional buying experience throughout the sales process
- Guide prospects from the initial showing through application, approval, and signed sales agreement
- Work with prospects and lenders to help move financing applications through the approval process
- Prepare sales agreements, payment calculations, sales tax documentation, and credit checks accurately
- Coordinate completed sales and ensure a smooth transition into move-in
- Manage scheduled and in-process prospects to keep the sales pipeline organized and moving forward
- Document prospect interactions, showings, and application status in the CRM
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Fair Housing requirements and company policies
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Ability to guide prospects through a multi-step sales process
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail when handling applications, agreements, calculations, and customer information
- Comfortable using a CRM to track sales activity and pipeline progress
- Commitment to following Fair Housing standards and company policies
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
