Overview:
CBS Global USA Inc. is seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Representative to accelerate revenue growth across our automation, warehousing, logistics, and value-added service offerings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can open doors with new customers, and is comfortable operating across both sales and operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in automation, warehousing, storage, and logistics services Build and maintain relationships with automotive and manufacturing suppliers, as well as aftermarket distribution channels Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and industry engagement Develop proposals, pricing models, and service solutions tailored to customer needs Collaborate with operations to ensure successful onboarding and execution of new business Support growth initiatives in automation, robotics, and advanced warehouse solutions where applicable Travel as needed (approximately 20-25%) for customer visits and project support
Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management Experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments strongly preferred Exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems is a significant plus Proven ability to generate leads and close new business Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
Base salary + performance-based commission Total compensation range dependent on experience and results
