Inside Sales Representative

Essential Job Duties:

Sell Lawn and Tree & Shrub Care Programs to our customers and prospects by phone, in person and at trade shows. Become proficient in our 7 Step Lawn Care Program, Tree & Shrub Healthcare Services, and add on programs. Turn in completed Sales Leads work daily. Communicate with Sales Director about any customer issues. Educate customer on best practices, products used, and results. Answer customer's questions on their service(s) program and provide solutions. Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-year telesales or door to door experience; however, experience is not required as we provide on the job training.

Skills/Abilities:

Coachable, problem solving, attention to detail, self-motivated, competitive team player, working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Good phone and email communication skills, customer service skills and reliable transportation. Proficient computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Excel, Google, Gmail, etc.)
